MEMBERS’ SURVEY

MISCO International has recently concluded a survey amongst a randomly selected number of MIA members. The Institute is currently analysing the results of the survey.
 

The survey questions were designed to: 
 

• Identify the challenges and opportunities that are being faced by the profession. 

• Evaluate the current and future relevance of our core purpose, values, competencies and services.

• Evaluate the impact of different factors upon the profession and identify new services that members could offer.

• Evaluate members’ perception of the MIA and determine ways in which the MIA could enhance the quality of services offered to members.
 

It is expected that the results of this survey will help the Institute to identify and evaluate any gaps that may exist between what Members are expecting the Institute to deliver and what is actually being offered to them. The survey results will be analysed and debated in two different sessions during the Institute’s 2012 Biennial Conference.
