Members Management System - A System Requirements Document
The MIA is in the process of developing a new web-based membership portal along with its backend system. The high level objectives of this project can be grouped into five main headings: 
  1. Membership management; 
  2. Education; 
  3. Professional development; 
  4. Representation in local and international related fora; and 
  5. Outreach activities.  

The Institute is seeking to identify competent and experienced IT partners to design and develop the front end portal and the related backend system comprising a strong CMS. 

Interested bidders are invited to download the Members Management System – System Requirements Document from the resources section below. The following are the project’s milestones:

Clarifications Deadline Friday, 6 May 
Replies Deadline Tuesday, 10 May 
Submission Deadline  Monday, 16 May 
First Shortlist  Tuesday, 31 May 
Final Shortlist and Recommendations  Tuesday, 14 June 

Any clarifications should be submitted by email to the Chief Executive Officer on by not later than 6 May 2016. 

Two copies of the proposal must be received by not later than 16 May 2016. A soft copy should be sent to the CEO on and a hard copy is to be sent to the attention of the CEO at the following address:

Shortlisting of candidates will commence immediately after, with the final decision taken by June 2016.
